    Preorder code entered on live.xbox.com sucessfully but no item


    I have entered the destiny code successfully on live.xbox.com but unfortunatly I recieved not the bonus sparrow on my destiny account any ideas what I made wrong?

    It doesn't matter when you entered the code for the Raptor skin, you could have received it from your preorder retailer days ago and just got the game today.

    If you've redeemed the code already on your account you will need to visit this page
    here to re-download the add-on skin. If the code is saying "invalid" then you need to contact the retailer where you preordered the game.

    Microsoft does not validate codes provided by certain retailers from preorders, that's strictly up to them to handle any sort of reissues of codes.
