Preorder bonuses for digital download

I'm now finally getting codes for my day one purchases on nov 22nd. I got two emails one for the car pack n forza and one for ryse. Anyone else finally getting their codes?

Can I Preorder an Xbox One Digital Download?

My intention is to buy Call of Duty: Ghosts for the Xbox One. They announced a preorder bonus, and I would like to preorder the game.

However, all the preorder pages take me to physical stores, and my intention is to buy the game as a digital download.

Is there a place where I can preorder a digital copy of an Xbox One game?

Is there some other way I can still get the preorder bonus, while purchasing a digital copy?

So forza 5s limited edition was announced but nothing on digital

i really hope they answer the preorder bonus and digital thing real soon. its going to be tough for digital to catch on if significant preorder bonuses are excluded.

What comes with the Forza day 1 edition? Also did you get the standard edition of the games or the day 1 edition of games? I believe there was a difference, not sure though

There were two day one editions for Forza 5. There was the standard day one and the Limited Edition Day One. The Limited Edition Day One came with VIP membership, 2500 TK, and Like 5 LE cars that are specially tuned that you can buy off of the Car Shop
if you have the LE.

So I take it you get nothing for the standard day 1 then? If not thats ok, Ive got the season pass so I am fine with that

The email claims there was an insight and the day one codes were never sent out so they are now sorting it out. It's nice to know for future purchases when I but a game digitally within a said amount of time I will receive all the preorder bonuses

I didn't buy ryse untill a couple weeks after launch but if there was you should expect another email mine came about 10 minutes apart

Nice to see they're finally get things in order. Considering I'm going all digital I didn't wanna get screwed outta the preorder perks

Yes, UK, MS is working on plans for preordering and preloading digital downloads. As to the preorder bonuses, i understand what you mean, but those are actually up to the developers and not MS themselves. Many developers are offering special bonuses for
digital downloaders, others offer the same bonuses for digital day-one purchases (some unlimited, some limited-time availability) as are available on their physical preorders.

Basically, the only outlet here is to complain to the developers and companies of individual games if you learn that their digital and day-one downloads do not offer equivalents to the pre-order bonuses. These details and more can be found here (pre order

Just before Destiny released, you could preorder the digital versions which came with preorder bonuses that unlocked for download (depending on which version you got). So I think it's safe to say that as long as the bonuses are not specific to a retailer
or console, they should be available. But that's just my assumption.
