Preorder Bonus not recieved

I Preorderd Sea of Thieves at the 07.02.2018, my payment didnt work because paypal used my old bankaccount, the problem with this is i cant delete the old bankaccount which is at 0€. then i bought the game with my brothers Paypal at the 18.03.2018.

but i didnt get any message like my friends which did the preorder waht says like "Here is your Preorder bonus"..... is it because i just payed at the 18.03.2018? and is it possible to get it somehow? it isnt like i couldnt pay it befor but i couldnt use
my paypal anymore for the Microsoft Store because they blocked it, so i had to wait that long to buy it together with my brother.

Didnt get my backwards compatibility code for alan awake by preordering quantum break

Hello I preordered quantum break about a month ago and havent recieved my alan awake preorder bonus and windows 10 copy. But i did get the other preorder bonus alan awake american nightmare

hi there if it the payment did not go through before it was no longer you will not recieve and extras.

however, if you did get it purchased before the pre order was over you should contact customer support so they can further assist you

thanks Blue im allready about to do that my phone is currently charging so i cant call the support now got to wait like 20mins and i was thinking maybe someone can help me meanwhile here

Any Pre-Orders that were made after January the 26th will be getting sent a redeem code to their Xbox account with the pre-order items. It should take a day of so for them to arrive.

It will appear as amessage over Xbox.
