Preorder Bonus is Missing in Digital Download Version

We got the Blizzard ring for the account sync, but all of the preorder bonuses promised like the ghost dog are missing...Also I wondered why my angel wings are gone because I saw some people wearing them. Is it because I switched from PS3 to XBox One?

I'd really appreciate any suggestions/replies

How do digital downloads work, if some developers offer preorder bonuses?

Just before Destiny released, you could preorder the digital versions which came with preorder bonuses that unlocked for download (depending on which version you got). So I think it's safe to say that as long as the bonuses are not specific to a retailer
or console, they should be available. But that's just my assumption.

Does anybody know if theres any info regarding how this works? I currently have 3 games preordered through my local best buy but would rather have the digital version so I wont have to swap discs in and out. But I want the preorder bonus content, like
battlefields china rising expansion. Will they offer a preorder service for digital downloads? If not what is the point of a digital copy if they dont offer the bonus stuff as well?

 

I didn't know about the ghost dog, I just stumbled across it in the inventory where your gems, potions and stuff like that are. All my stuff I had on the 360 did move over including the wings and the Inferno Helmet. Check the storage box, as well as your
inventory where you would normally find it. Beyond that I think you would need to talk to Blizzard.

How to obtain the promised character-slots and stuff if there is no one i can talk to? Isn't this a "Support Forum" ?

 

So until the game "Diablo 3 - Reaper of Souls - Ultimate Evil Edition", every xbox one game that we bought digitaly on the xbox one store on day 1 got the same "Preorder Bonus" as the Disc Version, not worth mentioning!

Now what I don't understand is, why do digital buyer, supporter of the original origin xbox one future idea, get less then all the disc buyers of this game? If it was a retailer preorder bonus only,

i would understand it, but it was not!

So at the beginnig of the xbox one era, i got all my pre-order bonuses on digitally downloaded games, and now, 2-3 day BEFORE the official announcement of the Xbox One Pre-Order Option:

As or me it is more about the additional char slots than the creepy frankenweenie look a like dog

 

Nothing transfers over if you go sony to xbox or xbox to sony. They have to be xbox 360 to xbox one and ps3 to ps4 to have any items from Diablo 3 such as the wings to transfer over.

 

I didn't even notice until i saw this thread, but it seems my ghost dog is gone. And i have no idea when i lost him. Hmm....
