    Preorder bonus dlc missing


    Hello,

    I purchased Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition on 9/26/16. The description states that if I purchase before 9/27/16 I would be eligible for 2 free dlc packs for the Xbox One. However I never received the codes. How do I get these codes for the Rockstar
    Energy Car Pack, the Meguiar Car Pack?

    Hey dhwang329! Investigating teams found that the purchase was made on the 27th in the system. This is likely due to the fact that the system runs on GMT, this means the purchase was technically not a pre-order. The packs were an automatic entitlement which

    I would check to see if the item is listed with the title itself.

    Under "My Games & Apps" highlight Titanfall 2 and hit the menu button, then select "Manage Game".

    See if the content is listed there, and install it if it's not already installed.

    After download and instillation, make sure to quit the game and reload so the content gets loaded properly!
