Preorder Bonus Disappeared

I preordered Gears of War 4 when it first came out 2 or so years ago. I got the preorder bonus along with the game, plugged in the code, and everything worked fine. Flash forward to today. I tried playing the game for the first time in forever. I logged
in and the preorder bonuses are gone. Where are they or how do I retrieve them.

Have a look in your ready to install section in My Games & Apps. Anything you have bought before should appear in there.

Once you have redeemed the titles under your account you can find them always under ready to install hub. Just to make sure try to download the games from xbox store
