    Preorder a game, but its not showing in my banking account


    About last Firday I pre-order a 110$ game from box digitally, it was the new Far Cry coming up and the special edition. I was checking my banking account when I realized that, there is no record of my purchase, and yet on my Xbox I can clearly see the game in my "Games and Apps", and I have been waiting for a week now. Is this normal?

    When you pre-order with a credit card/Paypal, you are charged within 10 days of the games release. Sot hat's normal.

    It's to make it easier to cancel pre-orders if needed before the game releases.

    No, didnt use any balance thing. Bought it straight off my bank account.

    Bought it around the 14th feb. It went off my bank account on the 22nd. And on the 22nd i requested a refund. And on the 22nd i received an email stating refund approved. And my game showed i no longer possessed the expansion. The preorder ended on the 28th.

    5 to 7 business days is long time over...

    Purchased a preordered movie but it says I haven't bought it

    Right I did that and it shows I purchased the preorder

    When I go to watch it since its available now but it says "movie will be available march 1st" but there isnt a button to click watch when I go to the store and click the movie it says I did not purchase it, which like i stated above my bank statement says i purchased the preorder and on my microsoft account it says i purchased the preorder. I just want to know why i cant watch the movie and it says I didnt purchase the movie.
