Discus and support Premium in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have premium. But when I open the game on my Surface, rather than desktop, it doesn't register my premium status.     I have premium. But when I open the game on my Surface, rather than desktop, it doesn't register my premium status. Same username. It shows my sync'd progress, just not my premium status.

    Can I refund an auto renew?

    I want to be able to see my entire theme background.

    There are 2 kinds of themes, premium and non-premium. The non-premium themes have that grey border on the bottom. Premium themes do not, they have full page graphics.

    Battlefield 4 Premium     or
    Battlefield 4 Premium Edition    ?

    I only ask because Premium is only like a season pass where the Premium Edition includes the game. If it was the Premium Edition then try going to My Games & Apps then Ready to Install if the game didn't already install to your console.

    Battlefield 4 Premium Not Giving DLC For Free Fix

    My issue is that I am already a Premium member, but it won't let me install Premium or the DLC's without asking for a re-purchase. Which is really frustrating because I have played with Premium before, have Premium content, had to uninstall because I needed
    room, and now it won't let me reinstall Premium.
