Premium Version of Taptiles

I own the premium version of taptiles and the subscription is good for another 11 months or so. Regardless of that I get prompted to upgrade roughly every other day. I select the upgrade option and it tells my OK and lets me play. Fortunately I do not have
to pay each time and I am not charged. I shouldn't have to go through this process at all and I dread the day you guys hit me with a couple hundred bucks worth of charges saying I agreed to them.

**** please fix, it should not be that difficult.

Premium Taptiles Game

I have the Premium version for Taptiles, Mahjong, and the Solitaire Collection. The Taptile Premium version isn't running the Premium version this morning. The other two games are working fine. My subscription doesn't expire until September of this year.
How does this get fixed? This is a new computer running Windows 10, 64 bit and all the games installed fine with my Premium subscriptions until the Taptile game got out of whack this morning.

If anyone knows how I can resolve this, I will greatly appreciate your feedback and thank you in advance.

 

Premium Taptiles Game

I uninstalled Taptiles and reinstalled it, and now it's the Premium version again. Thankfully, it worked. So for now, all is well in Taptile land.

 

Did anyone ever solve the problem for you? I am also having that problem. Although every few days the Premium version shows up. Most days it doesn't. I get the box that asks if I want to sign up for premium version. I HAVE the premium version and have
8 months left on my subscription but can't always get it. What did you do?

 

I also get this, not as frequently, HOWEVER I actually have to pay again. I've paid twice now. The second time I thought maybe I clicked the wrong button and only subscribed for a month. The second time I saved the e-mail with my receipt. This morning
I got the notice again and when I said no thanks I would up at the normal version of the game complete with adverts.
