Discus and support Premium version gone for me as well in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; - went the support chat route and still no permanent solution - support tech deleted temp files and it was back to Premium until I logged in again the...     - went the support chat route and still no permanent solution - support tech deleted temp files and it was back to Premium until I logged in again the next day.

    Replied to Microsoft Support that need permanent solution. Waiting for reply.

    Still no Premium after purchasing

    Have purchased Premium for the past 4 years (I think) and all has been well in that as soon as it's purchased the game changes from free to Premium.

    Yesterday (16 Oct 2016) I purchased Premium again as the year was up but yet I've still got the free version with ads.

    Please can this be fixed? I want Premium back or a refund!

    Using the MS Solitaire collection app on my phone

    Hey there CyclonicRope14,

    If you purchased premium on the phone version, the premium features would only stay with that version and you'd need to purchase premium again on the PC version. The premium subscription will only stay with the version it was purchased on.

    MSFS 2020 Premium Deluxe Edition Not Working

    I have the same problem too I tried the standard version from the xbox app and loved it. Then I bought the Premium Deluxe edition and the standard game runs well but the premium content is missing. I can go into the marketplace in the game and it shows
    I own the premium version and that it is installed. This is so frustrating hopefully they fix it soon.

    Thanks, I didn't know whether I'd lose my user handle I.D. and the link to what I'd bought.

    Question:

    I was prompted to update the Basic and Standard versions of of MSFS as well as the Premium version, which I bought via Amazon as a hard copy before installing it the first time. Was that wrong of me? - I should have updated Premium only?

    (I've been fretting about a possible available MSFS version conflicts situation ever since 27/07.)

    same question for me : How do you completely uninstall FS2020 from Game Pass ?

    Because I've got the Premium version of FS2020 and I can't see premium content after uninstall / install of new version.... I'm staying with basic version of the game and did not have premium contents...

    Premium Taptiles Game

    I uninstalled Taptiles and reinstalled it, and now it's the Premium version again. Thankfully, it worked. So for now, all is well in Taptile land.

    I HAVE looked at the Xboc PC App and I see my valid entry there. However, the additional issue is that I have the 'Premium Deluxe' version (on 10 DVD's). And the Xbox app does not recognize this, moreover, it wants me to fork out again the premium amount I already once paid for the DVD-version when I choose to download that premium deluxe version. The app only allows me to freely download the standard version. So, yes, I can download from the Xbox app, but how do I not lose the extras from my DVD version?
