premium upgrade subscriptions stopped working overnight

As of this morning (12/22/15) I have 2 Microsoft store game apps that I purchased a premium upgrade for. Neither is allowing the premium upgrade benefits. Both remove adds and offer some other benefits. Microsoft Jigsaw and TapTiles. I have active subscriptions
for both games good until August 2016 yet adds are showing and the additional benefits (time, gold, etc.) are not.

When I select the section of add to get rid of the advertisements I get a banner that tells me I have an active subscription and to press the upgrade button below and I will not be charged. It does not work.

I have taken a wonderful trip around the world and have been transferred 14 (NOT A MADE UP NUMBER) times and after having to repeat this story to 14 different ESL technicians or CSR's the call gets either dumped back into queue, or I am transferred to another
person/department.

It is no wonder the Windows App Store is a joke and Apple and Android crush them. I spoke with over a dozen Microsoft support people who must be using other products because they did not have a clue as to how their own apps work.

Any ideas on how to get what I paid for?

Are you going to fix the 0x803F8001 premium edition game errors ANYTIME SOON

How long before you get this fixed. Any premium subscription I have (Taptiles - Jigsaw) has stopped working and I can no longer access the games. Clearly, this is a widespread problem. It shouldn't take several days to get fixed!

I have the same problem with Jigsaw and Mahjong.

Tried several times and always shows ads!

I'm having the same problem also, very frustrating. My progress is not syncing with my other devices either.

 

I am having the same issue. Called MS Store and was told to uninstall and reinstall. Tried that - no help

 

Same problem here!! Very frustrating says upgrade this device, this is my only device!

I reinstalled the games and they came up as Premium as expected.
