    I saw where I could download the collection on my android device and get 1 month free premium and it worked for less than a day. On my phone, it says I still have it, but i'm not getting the bonuses on my PC or my phone. what gives?

    I want to upgrade from xbox gold to ulitmate and it's not showing that the $60 subscription price I paid for Gold will be taken off if I upgrade

    All services upgrade you this includes ps premium xbox just does it better at 1/1 and plus the added time be it 1 month or 3 month

    Was the xbox purchased used? Xbox's only come with 3, 1 month free trials and if they are used up, there's no way to get the free trial on that console. Another thing would be if he signed up, and selected "Upgrade Now" versus selecting "Upgrade Later" during
    the signup process, I don't believe it would offer the free trial.

    Not able to see $1 charge option for upgrade to Ultimate

    Well, as the others says, it's a one time deal. You cannot upgrade again of you already have pay the 1$.

    It's mostly because it's a trial. I think of it kinda like a gift to the community. I recently get the 1$ 3 months game pass deal, and then upgrade. So I have the 3 month upgraded to xbox xbox pass ultimate.
