Premium Taptiles Subcription

I have the Premium subscription for Taptiles and it doesn't expire until this next September. Now, this morning it's not running the Premium version. It showed a box asking if I wanted to subscribe because my subscription expired. Well, it's listed in
my Microsoft Commerce account showing September is when I purchased it. What is going on and how does this get fixed?

lost subcription for premium

After windows crashed reinstalled now no longer have my anual subcription and don't want to pay twice how can I recover my premium subcription?

Premium Taptiles Game

I uninstalled Taptiles and reinstalled it, and now it's the Premium version again. Thankfully, it worked. So for now, all is well in Taptile land.

 

I purchased a Taptiles premium subscription for one year with my Xbox Game/Microsoft Store account as well on my desktop PC, I logged onto my laptop under my Xbox Games ID and the Taptiles premium worked fine, about 1 months into the subscription the laptop
Taptiles premium game advised that my subscription was expiring and I needed to re-purchase. The desktop premium Taptiles is still valid and working fine. What is this all about and why do I have to deal with this? Can someone please respond back to this thread.
If not, please stop taking subscription money.
