Premium Subscription Service

I purchased the premium subscription for 1 year and it does not end until Jan 2018. It till shows this on my phone but even being logged in to my correct account on my computer it is telling me I need to upgrade so that I do not have to watch ads. I do not
want to repurchase for this year what should I do? Thank you Alexis

To clarify, a Subscription for Premium is for use on a single device, if you're wanting to use Premium services on another device you'll need a separate subscription. Is the issue that you're unable to purchase a subscription or that you were looking to
transfer it?

Hey there Alexis,

The premium subscription will only be active for the device which you purchased it on. If you'd like to have the premium subscription for the computer as well, you'd need to purchase a separate subscription.
