Premium subscription lost after computer failure

What type of device are you having the issue with? Is it a normal desktop PC running Windows 10? If so, is the computer fully up to date? What sort of troubleshooting steps have you tried already?

Hi my computer is a full desktop Windows 10. I am fully up to date on Windows. TroubleShooting - I have attempted the instructions that were prompted by the error, (i.e. reinstall the Microsoft Solitare Collection App) I have also tried to remove the user
settings that are stored locally on the computer (which did not work) - after uninstalling the game.

Perhaps after the failure of the "Steam Box", Newell/Valve will go ahead with a TF3/HL3/Portal 3/L4D3 to replace the lost funds.

pretty much the same problem. i've lost my 1 year premium after 10 months of proper work!
