Premium Subscription Glitch

Hello, I bought a month of premium subscription to Solitaire for $1.49 last night, I woke up today and started the game and it says that my subscription has expired. Who do I contact about this? Do I just call Xbox directly?

Casual Games: Solitaire Premium Subscription fail

Glitch with premium subscription since iOS update: says no subscription foundm but when i select buy monthlym it says I already have it thru Nov 22! Hate the ads, please help!

Premium Subscription

I have a Premium subscription on my computer at home.

I am able to log on using my computer at work and it syncs,only thing is I see ads.

Is the premium subscription only valid on the machine it was bought on or is it on my Microsoft account?

Both machines are Win 10

I bought a one year Premium subscription to Solitaire in June 2015 and now I've upgraded to Windows 10 Microsoft seems to have stolen the remaining 11 months and reverted my account back to standard mode.

I don't think they have the premium edition of the Battlefield 3 on the marketplace, so I'm going to go with it's just premium subscription and you'd need Battlefield 3 base game to play.

Edit: Just checked it's just the subscription. If your want the Battlefield 3 Premium edition (Base game and premium subscription) you'd have to buy if from a retailer.

When you go to
Contact Us :

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select no thanks
Step 3-----select games
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain thee issue and they will be able to help you. Being it not an Xbox issue they will most likely transfer you to Microsoft, but it definitely a way to get someone.
