Premium Subscription Disappeared!

My subscription for the Premium version of the Solitaire Collection doesn't expire until this coming September, 2017. The game has been working fine on this new computer until this morning when my premium version didn't load. The regular version loaded.
The same thing happened yesterday with the Premium version of Microsoft Taptiles but that one started working again after I uninstalled and reinstalled it.

I've uninstalled the Solitaire game more than once today and no luck. What happened to the Premium version? I paid for it, and it's listed in my Microsoft Commerce account subscriptions. How does one get a refund on games they paid for and now are not
working correctly?

I've already posted on the Xbox support forums but have had no response to solve this issue. I know a lot of people have had the same experience. Hopefully, someone will know how to fix this.

Re-Upgrading to Premium Not Working

I don't understand why Microsoft is not doing anything about this. This is a common bug for many users. We are paying for a premium subscription. And what do we get? No support, Ads, a tons of frustration.

I have the issue since July. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the game hundred of times without sucess. Premium subscription is simply not recognized. I even tried to ask Windows 10 to do a reinstall. Premium was back few hours and then disappeared again.

Every time I try to apply for Premium again, I got the same error message: [CV:B/pjEg5w4E6rLEYq.146.1] (the sequence seems to change everytime except the 146.1).

PLEASE DO SOMETHING!

loss of Jigsaw premium features

I'm now in the same boat. I purchased the premium Jigsaw features a week ago, and today my premium features disappeared. Will try my luck with support and see what happens.

 

Any resolution yet? Same thing happened to me with Microsoft Solitaire PREMIUM (paid annually) app on my iPad!
