    Paid for a one year premium sub a week ago - today it told me my premium sub expired. How do I get my year back?

    Premium not Appearing Anymore

    Purchased Jigsaw Premium for one year (Special purchase) on 23 Dec. Showed Premium until the last few days. Now tells me my premium has expired and wants me to pay for it again. Please assist. Thanks in advance

    Looks like it has expired, @amardilo - the link from the HUKD pages now just takes you to the Game page for a one year Live sub.

    I had to wait until my sub expired and even then it took a few weeks not to say active even thought it wasn't. Never again.

    the codes for subs expire after 12 months.

    I used the sale to get Game pass Ultimate and it shows 2025 - 1 as expiring date for the code.
