Premium status not working on Windows 10?

I purchased a year long premium subscription for Microsoft Solitaire Collection on the iPhone app, but when I open the app on my Surface it still shows ads and asks me to purchase a premium subscription. I've tried resetting the windows store, but nothing
seems to sync the premium access. Does the premium access I purchased on my iPhone not give me premium access when I access the app on a different device (while still logged into the same account)?

Premium User or not

I have the Solitaire collection installed on several devices sharing the same profile, but on my windows 10 pc and tablet, it recognises my Premium User status, but not on my mobile android phone?

Premium

I have premium. But when I open the game on my Surface, rather than desktop, it doesn't register my premium status. Same username. It shows my sync'd progress, just not my premium status.

The same thing is happening to me! My new "Premium" status just stopped showing this morning and nothing I have done, including logging out and logging back in or uninstalling and re-installing the game has changed or helped the matter. It hasn't even been
a week yet and I am already seeing those oh-so-annoying ads. Please advise if anyone has a solution for this...mess.

I purchased premium subscription for a year via my desktop May 2017. When I had to replace my desktop, the premium status shows "completed" in my account. I spent 45 minutes on chat session with tech yesterday, but no resolution. I don't see where any tech
replied to any of the previous posts even though it has been almost a year since the first post.

Has anyone had a solution to this problem?

can't renew either......My premium status still shows up on my Surface Pro, but on my new HP Envy Windows 10, I cant even purchase the premium edition. I have uninstallled and reinstalled many times, with a restart every time but no change. I can still
play the game.

I have exactly the same issue. Tried everything (wsreset, delete caches, uninstall multiple times), Nothing works. My Premium license is not recognized and I have a "Reinstall from Windows Store" message box each time I try to buy Premium again.

I tried to fully reinstall Windows 10. Premium was back for a couple of days and then Premium was not available again.
