    Premium status not recognized for weeks


    Two years in a row I've purchased premium but for weeks afterwards I keep getting ads and requests to purchase premium. Also sometimes it takes 30 seconds or more for the game to load. I love the game but you guys need to get your act together.

    Today, after update Win 10 on ver 1803 have same problem, Premium is not recognized. Any idea?

    Losing Premium Licence - repeatedly

    I have exactly the same issue. Tried everything (wsreset, delete caches, uninstall multiple times), Nothing works. My Premium license is not recognized and I have a "Reinstall from Windows Store" message box each time I try to buy Premium again.

    I tried to fully reinstall Windows 10. Premium was back for a couple of days and then Premium was not available again.

    Microsoft Solitaire Premium Status

    Same problem here.

    The subscription was renewed but the app doesn't recognize the premium status.

    I have tried to reinstall the app, restarted the phone and updated the payment method of the subscription.

    Nothing had helped so far.

    I'm having the same issue.

    When I first installed the Premium content, I received the Battlepacks and was able to play the DLC maps but my Battlelog doesn't recognize my premium membership and it seems to work sporadically on the Xbox as well. Sometimes I don't get access and then
    a few weeks later, I'm spammed with Battlepacks.

    I got the premium edition witch includes everything from the songbird edition except for the statue. Premium edition is $80.00 and songbird edition is $150.00. That is $70.00 just for the statue.

    Battlefield 4 Premium problems.

    Same here.

    Actually, it's a problem on Microsoft's end, as I bought it on the market place. It is a known issue for players who bought BF4 premium edition, instead of BF4 then the Premium pass (separately).

    Battlelog doesn't recognize us as premium member, and it's essentially because of Microsoft.

    I cannot find this option. I am playing from an X Box Console on a Windows 10 Machine.

    I checked options in both the Xbox Console and Ultimate Word Games and cannot find this option.

    Perhaps this is an option only on a phone or pad?
