    Premium Status no longer honored?


    I purchased the Premium User option for Microsoft Solitaire Collection on April 23, 2017 for $16.18 (14.99 plus tax). As of June 22nd, I no longer am being recognized as a Premium member. I am also not able to play the Events as well. Microsoft Mahjong
    is no longer playable as well. This is very disappointing. The fact that I paid for a membership that is no longer giving me what I paid for requires repair or a refund.

    No, it won't affect your Premium status whatsoever just to reinstall the game. No need to worry.

    founder status??

    got my elite premium Tuesday at midnight and still see no founder status as of Friday 6am.

    There's a lot of premium themes out there. I think I have around thirty premium themes myself. My favorite ones are Mushihime-sama and 7-11 Honor the Code premium theme. I just hope they don't completely destroy them when the new dashboard comes out.

    I got the premium edition witch includes everything from the songbird edition except for the statue. Premium edition is $80.00 and songbird edition is $150.00. That is $70.00 just for the statue.

    Elite Controller Faulty. Xbox wan'ts me to pay more for a replacement than a new controller!?!?!?!?

    Gamestop only offers a 30 day replacement, pretty standard for retail electronics. Microsoft won't honor anything after 90 days. Honestly that just isn't acceptable for a "premium controller" that costs $150 originally
