I paid for premium yet I continue to get ads. I've made a variety of attempts to contact and/or find answers.... no luck. What should I do?

Solitare collection is the same way. You'll have to buy premium to get rid of the ads

I just paid for my premium edition 1-25-2019 and am still getting ads WHY? BTW IF ITS NOT RESOLVED AM NOTIFY BANK FOR A REFUND AND SAYING GB TO MICROSOFT.

Once you made the purchase did you restart your console/

Xbox Support directly for assistance with that. Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game?
