    do notv want premium anything how do i get it off

    somehow premium solitaire, etc. was installed after my Windstream crashed I do not want premium how do I get rid of it and go back to plain old solitaire

    As many other people here, he's having the problem that he's got an active premium subscription but is still getting ads on the android app. You'll find a lot of people with the same problem. Microsoft isn't answering. They took our money, though. It's really

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.
