Discus and support premium solitaire player not recognised in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been premium player for some time. Iphone and ipad app doesn't see me as one.     premium solitaire player not recognised


    I have been premium player for some time. Iphone and ipad app doesn't see me as one. My windows lappy knows it. My avatar and xbox user name displayed in game. I have logged out and relogged in. please rectify.

    Premium Subscription Transfer

    I have recently switched from a Windows 10 phone to an iPhone and my Premium subscription to Solitaire is not recognised on the iPhone version of the app. How do I get access to my existing subscription? Thank you

    Lost my Premium subscription to Windows Solitaire on Windows 10. Mahjong works, but not Solitaire.

    When you say that you play on Google, do you mean you play it on your mobile phone and purchased it through the Google play store?

    If that's the case, please open the play store and go to "Payments and subscriptions" > Subscriptions. It should show you the Solitaire subscription. Just click on "Renew subscription".

    If it did not renew automatically, maybe your payment method was declined or you cancelled the auto renewal for it.

    If I misunderstood something, please correct me and feel free to ask back any question.

    Solitaire Premium is for Solitaire only. You will still get adverts for the other games, such as Treasure Hunt and Minesweeper.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.
