    Premium Solitaire collection not following


    Upgraded to Premium Solitaire collection on tablet. It automatically upgraded on my phone but not the computer. Using the same gaming name on all three devices. Information is updated from the cloud, why not the upgrade to the games? Can any one help?
    Contacted Microsoft and got no help at all.

    My Microsoft Solitaire Collection has stopped working

    I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    Already I have purchased solitaire collection premium last week for 1 year.

    Because of some problem, I have formatted the drive & re-installed windows 10 pro & solitaire collection.

    But solitaire collection is asking me to pay for it to get the premium version.

    What shall I do to get 'PREMIUM' version without paying again.
