Premium Solitaire Collection isn't loading

My subscription for the Premium version of Microsoft Solitaire Collection doesn't expire until this coming September. Why isn't my game loading with the Premium edition. It started yesterday with the Taptile game and that somehow got corrected. Now this
morning it did the same thing with the Solitaire Collection.

Please if anyone knows how to fix this, let me know. Thank you kindly.

Oh, I did uninstall it and reinstall but that made no difference.

Premium Version isn't of the Solitaire Collection isn't loading

As of this morning, the Premium version of the Solitaire Collection won't load. It was working just fine until today. I uninstalled it and reinstalled but that didn't help. Yesterday the same thing happened with the Taptiles game. This is a new laptop
I'm on and didn't have any problems with installing the games with the Premium version. All of a sudden now it's all going wrong.

My Premium subscriptions for these games doesn't expire until this coming September, 2017. How does one get this fixed? It did have a box advertising for the Premium subscription but since I already have it, I clicked "No Thanks".

Why does this problem continue to happen to so many players? Will be very grateful for support regarding this and hopefully a solution for it. Thank you kindly.

Microsoft Puzzles Premium Subscription

Mine does this too. I closed it and opened Microsoft Solitaire Collection, plated one game of Klondike then closed it and restarted Jigsaw,,, now loading premium OK again!!
