Premium Service not given.

I have changed computeres. Resigned in with a new password. I had the premium Microsoft Solitaire Collection and Microsoft Majong. When I made connections on this computer I do not have the premium service. I also played as a guest until I could reset my
password & be connected.

paying premium subs should give us premium service. this problem is as clockwork as my lunch, sort your *** out microsoft!

MAJOR NELSON WILL FIX XBOX LIVE!

I Know Major Nelson would NOT leave his 500k customers in the dark. He wouldn't give them the run around or hang them out to dry either!

WHAT GIVES XBOX LIVE! When will this service be restored? You have to have an ETA by now. Services have been down 5 hours and counting.

Quite often a hard reboot will also resolve this issue, simply hold your finger on the on/off button for around 8-10 seconds (the light will go off) Then turn it back on.

Contact microsoft support for a refund on premium, although note they revoke your premium service.
