Premium season pass didn't work

I purchased and installed the premium season pass for ghosts. When the new map pack came out today I tried to download the new pack and as I had the pass it said it was free. However once I downloaded it I received an email billing me for the map pack
of £11.59. This shouldn't have happened as I had added and paid for the map pack season pass. Please can anyone help and I would like to somehow get a refund on the pack from Xbox. Thanks in advance. John

I just bought battlefield 4 premium thinking it was game + season pass, not just season pass ._.

Did you purchase/download the mappack from the in-game store???

says all over that if you own the map pack, to not "buy the individual map] in store as it will let you pay double. been that way in OPs2 also.

no they weren't, its always been $14.95 US, all in Ops 2 were that price. you have to buy the map pack for a discount.

 

How else would u download the map pack if not through the store? There was no other option to download it.

 

That's the problem with the map packs, you save money, but they make it confusing, and people often pay more then once. And they will say sorry , SOL

Can't even tell ya how it works, I don't do pre paid stuff I haven't seen.

As far as being double billed I think there is an issue. Normally one is instructed to purchase map packs from the in game store. However it appears somewhere someone screwed up and the only way to avoid being double billed is to make the purchase from the
marketplace. Same thing happened to a friend of mine last night. He avoided being double billed and just got the pack from the xbl marketplace
