    Premium Renewal


    Received a notice on Microsoft Solitaire Collection saying it was time to renew my Premium Collection. However, when I clicked on the tab to renew for 1 year, I received another popup that said something like already purchased. I keep going in circles.
    Please advise. I had the ads.

    Renewal Error

    Every time I try to renew my premium membership I just get an error message and the renewal fails.

    Signed up for annual Premium in November of '17 and was good yesterday.

    I did the April update and now I am no longer a Premium member!? Should be good for another 6 months...

    Hope they get this sorted out soon. Hate the ads!!

    Turns out Skype Premium is no more. But I still got an email to renew my Skype Premium. Looks like the multi-video chat is part of the free Skype now.

    My Premium upgrade was for 1 year, but ended 3 months early. I purchased it on March 13, 2015 and a message on December 22, 2015 said my subscription ended. Also there is no option to renew. I won't renew. Ever.
