    I purchased the lightning premium personalization pack but when I go to use the camo or exo, it still says that it is locked? When I go back to the store it even says that I purchased it. If anyone could help it would be appreciated.

    [/quote]You don't have that option. I bought it at 4th prestige; nine classes, ten slots-- 90 set ups. It goes by your prestige. I've prestiged since so I have the full 100 now, which I still haven't set up anything. I loaded into a search game the other
    day on class set two by accident. Ten classes of absolutely nothing. I managed 8-4 somehow.

    I had the same problem and it fixed itself on December 22 - However, my premium Exo and Personalization cannot be used by my 2 kids still on same machine. Even though, it says for their gamer tag that it is bought ? Anybody having trouble with Personalization
    packs not applying to all Gamer Tags on a X1 ? Worked fine for Ghosts on X1....

    Try checking your download history and re-downloading it, maybe restart your console. There is a chance that it might be a problem on Sledgehammer's end.

    Try checking your download history and re-downloading it, maybe restart your console. There is a chance that it might be a problem on Sledgehammer's end.
