Premium pass

since me and my friend are sharing games would the premium pass be activated on my profil or his if i buy it??

my account is set home xbox on his xbox and my account is set to home xbox on his.

Premium Edition

I have the Limited Edition already. Haven't yet upgraded to Premium. I can get the new Premium Edition game for cheaper than just getting the premium content on XBL. My question is this, i understand that the premium edition retail copy basically give
you the DLC. Is the EA Game Pass and DLC Codes for Premium tied together? I want to use the Premium DLC for my existing EA online pass, so I can reserve the Online Pass for the new game for another account. Is that possible? Hope my question makes sense.

 

Does the Premium pack come with an Online Pass?

Every BF3 game comes with a pass, but if you bought it used it doesn't, premium or not. also, if you purchase premium as an add on, to the best of my knowledge it doesn't come with an online pass.
