Premium pass problem

Discus and support Premium pass problem in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can't get the premium pass when I try it just says checkout cancelled.     Premium pass problem


    I can't get the premium pass when I try it just says checkout cancelled. I thought my card may have been out of date so I fixed that but I still get checkout cancelled. Any ideas.

    Battlefield 4 Premium problems.

    Same here.

    Actually, it's a problem on Microsoft's end, as I bought it on the market place. It is a known issue for players who bought BF4 premium edition, instead of BF4 then the Premium pass (separately).

    Battlelog doesn't recognize us as premium member, and it's essentially because of Microsoft.

    Every BF3 game comes with a pass, but if you bought it used it doesn't, premium or not. also, if you purchase premium as an add on, to the best of my knowledge it doesn't come with an online pass.

    Plus also, any BF4 premium passes already purchased against your current 360 Gamertag and account will be converted to a premium pass on the Xbox One. This is only confirmed for BF4 at the moment
