    premium not recognised on new computer


    I bought a new computer and installed the Microsoft Solitaire app. It didn't recognise that I have a premium account. So I uninstalled and tried again (doing restarts before installing) - same result. I have tried answering both yes and no to the question
    about "have you used this computer before" and installed 3 times but still not recognising my premium account.

    any help would be appreciated.

    I had the premium version with several puzzles purchased on a previous computer. Now I have a new computer. The site recognized I had a premium subscription but does not show the puzzles I previously downloaded
