Premium not Appearing Anymore

Update, it seems Premium can't be purchased with Microsoft balance buddy

I tried on the PC but it doesn't appear :c

On Xbox, you can use balance. But the premium subscription is not available, only robux

I ask because I can't see any thumbnail view and there is only 4 colors available for me too. I think the thumbnail view and the other background colors are available only for premium users or they are not available anymore.

I didn't say that no premium players were complaining.

I was just stating things the way they appear to me. I haven't checked battlelog so can't comment.

Along with power cycling your console have you tried removing your profile and then adding it back? That can often times clear this issue up, if that doesn't help, keep us in the loop. It may be worth trying a factory reset, but we want to give this a try first.
