Discus and support Premium multiple Devices? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have the premium version on my Surface Pro 3 but on desktop version, I don't when I try to buy premium on my desktop I get a circular loop error,...     I have the premium version on my Surface Pro 3 but on desktop version, I don't when I try to buy premium on my desktop I get a circular loop error, asking me to reinstall and the same problem occurs. Not sure how to fix this problem? Looks like the license
    is not being transferred.

    Oh, I found your answer in the FAQs. You can share the account across multiple platforms but the Premium part is only on one.

    Losing Premium Licence - repeatedly

    I have exactly the same issue. Tried everything (wsreset, delete caches, uninstall multiple times), Nothing works. My Premium license is not recognized and I have a "Reinstall from Windows Store" message box each time I try to buy Premium again.

    I tried to fully reinstall Windows 10. Premium was back for a couple of days and then Premium was not available again.

    Hey there v Sim CO,

    To clarify, a Subscription for Premium is for use on a single device, if you're wanting to use Premium services on another device you'll need a separate subscription. Is the issue that you're unable to purchase a subscription or that you were looking to

    What type of device are you having the issue with? Is it a normal desktop PC running Windows 10? If so, is the computer fully up to date? What sort of troubleshooting steps have you tried already?

  7. Hi my computer is a full desktop Windows 10. I am fully up to date on Windows. TroubleShooting - I have attempted the instructions that were prompted by the error, (i.e. reinstall the Microsoft Solitare Collection App) I have also tried to remove the user
    settings that are stored locally on the computer (which did not work) - after uninstalling the game.

    Premium multiple Devices?

    Your premium status carries over to all machines that you log in with the same MS account. If it your desktop shows that you haven't paid, try uninstalling Solitaire on that computer, then open an Admin-level command prompt, type
    wsreset and hit <Enter>. That will reset the Windows Store, and when you download Solitaire Collection again it should work properly AND show that you've paid for Premium

  9. Hey thanks for this, just a modification I had to restart my computer after uninstalling then running the wsreset command. This did solve the problem though Thanks.
