Premium membership not recognized in Microsoft Ultimate Word Games

On my original post I was given this reply;

I cannot find this option. I am playing from an X Box Console on a Windows 10 Desktop Machine.

I checked options in both the Xbox Console and Ultimate Word Games and cannot find this option.

Perhaps this is an option only on a phone or pad?

They recommend uninstalling the cumulative service pack. Problem is that is gets reinstalled by Win10 Home. This is annoying not least because we paid MS for the premium functionality and we arent getting it. How about a refund for the missing functionality
