premium mahjong not working

Premium Mahjong has not been working properly, won't download my "saved" data. This has been going on for about 3 weeks. What is up with that. I paid for the game. I do not like the "play as a guest" feature.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. Sorry for the issue you are experiencing. We recommend to go on the Microsoft casual games
community. Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a support
site for the casual games you can look over also. Here is the casual games FAQ too.

Purchased a premium for ad-free play of microsoft mahjong but still seeing ads

My premium subscription for Microsoft Solitaire has not worked since I upgraded to the latest version of Windows 10 on the Insider Program Fast Ring. My premium subscription for Microsoft Mahjong has been working fine. Any help would be appreciated as my
subscription is good through October 2016. Thanks!

Is this like a publicitybanner?, the Microsoft Mahjong premium will remove any publicity banners from the game.
