    Premium licensing


    I buy the license for solitaire annually. I recently downloaded the app for my iPhone and got a special offer of premium membership which has now expired. I therefore have the ads running on my phone. The version on the phone syncs with my pc and vice versa,
    so the issue is not about my id.

    Your help area suggests contacting apple, which I did, they suggest contacting you.

    Is it possible to get the app on my phone to recognise my active licence?

    So if I transfer my licensing to a Xbox One will my games on my 360 still be playable?

    As Smwutches said your licenses will remain intact, but FYI only some games are backwards compatible on your Xbox One.

    transfering battlefield premium from account to account?

    If that person has legal ownership of those accounts and he is selling them, it is legal. Partake at your own risk, because you know how some people are. I know you can transfer a content license to a different account, however I'm not sure if Premium works
    like that. If you can transfer the Premium license to the account you desire, then by all means.

    Basically, (IF it can even be done) you have to get on the account you would buy from this person, go into your download history, find Premium, hit it, and transfer the license over. No promises because I haven't checked on it myself, but that's how it would
    be done.

    I have exactly the same issue. Tried everything (wsreset, delete caches, uninstall multiple times), Nothing works. My Premium license is not recognized and I have a "Reinstall from Windows Store" message box each time I try to buy Premium again.

    I tried to fully reinstall Windows 10. Premium was back for a couple of days and then Premium was not available again.

    You are welcome, frustrating.....very frustrating. I think the last MS update last Tuesday helped a little too. For some reason I was also having trouble accessing the store with my other games but not solitaire, the time change fixed that too....strange.
    My computers are all named Hal! LOL

    I'm sorry it didn't work for you, I guess I just got lucky, I was uninstalling and then rebooting and reinstalling my games so many times that the games had to update....that might have helped also. frustrating.....and little to no help to boot. A year
    ago a woman used to reply and give us updates on what MS was doing to correct the issues, but not now....
