Premium jigsaw takes too long to open every time

Mine does this too. I closed it and opened Microsoft Solitaire Collection, plated one game of Klondike then closed it and restarted Jigsaw,,, now loading premium OK again!!

I quite agree with you. Jigsaw is the only game that freezes. No problem with Sudoku or Mahjong. Also jigsaw takes a long time to load!

Do you currently have your games and apps installed onto the internal drive on the console, or do you have an external drive connected to your console? We'd recommend troubleshooting this issue by following the steps in the

I too have this problems, started a day or two ago. Problem exists on both my W10 desktop and W10 Surface Pro 3 PC. I have the Premium version for $9.99/year. Uninstalled on both machines and cannot re-install on either machine, Download starts and when
license is acquired the same error message show up again. Hey Microsoft, time to fix this. I have downloaded Jigsaw Premium Puzzle from the store until the XBox Jigsaw gest fixed. If not fixed soon, forget this MS game, very disappointing as it is not the
first time I have issues with this MS Jigsaw puzzle game.

Webpages take far too long to load, the more threads i open in new tabs the time it takes for them to loads grows exponentially.
