Premium game renewal has disappeared from game

If you buy the Premium Edition add-on bundle, it'll give you access to everything the premium edition has without buying the full game. They dont disappear from your digital inventory you just lose access to them until you renew xbox live

But even so thats not the case i have Live and my games disappear

Please check your Order history to confirm that the game was successfully purchased under your account: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

If it is, try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in and try again!

If it is not on that order history list, then you will have to contact the support through: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

Order history?

When you try to download it from the Store, do you experiencing any difficulties?

When you are viewing your Full Library, are you able to select on the top left-hand side to show any hidden items? Do you see your game there?
