Premium edition, Xbox one not working online

I had bought GTA premium edition for Xbox one but when I inserted it, it said I do not have permission to online because I just wanted to play online and I’ve played the story mode before, but the online version is not working even with the premium edition.

I apologize but a friendly reminder that to play a paid online multiplayer game such as GTA Online, an Xbox Game Pass Core (formerly known as Xbox Live) is required.

It will not matter what game edition we have, sadly.

I have the same issue - missing all deluxe planes but have premium ones. XBox store shows that I own Premium Deluxe edition.

However in-game marketplace lists 3 upgrades - Premium, Deluxe and Premium Deluxe. It shows that I own Premium upgrade, but not two other. And it is exactly what I have even if it is impossible combination - there is no Premium edition, only Premium Deluxe.

Microsoft support article of PC release times suggests to sign out and sign in with proper email etc. It obviously does not work on XBox where you sign in to XBox

EDIT: Now, premium is separate on Xbox 360 and Xbox One. If you have redeemed a code for the Xbox One version of BF4 Premium, you can download the content after doing so. If you're already a BF3 Premium owner, nothing changes.

Thank you for getting back to me. We haven't tried yet as we haven't bought the game I was checking what version of the game I needed to buy. So if I get the premium edition or the xbox one edition we will be able to play online with our friend on their xbox one (us playing on series x)? Is that correct? Thanks
