Premium Edition-License Renew

My game was just freezing everytime I started it so I uninstalled and re-installed.

Once I did the game starts but I now have no Premium Subscription.

If I click on it to upgrade I get a message telling me to uninstall from Settings and then go to the store to re-install.

I've done this numerous times and still I'm unable to get my subscription back or to buy a new one.

Any help?

I have reset the store.

I am the second user of the game Battlefield 4 Premium Edition. The code was used in the store xbox and whether you can renew it?

 

Want to renew subscription for microsoft solitaire collection premium edition.

My subscription for Microsoft solitaire collection premium edition expired. I want to renew that subscription but cannot locate a link to pay the bill.

 

Hi SSenator, I had problems for months with the premium subscription, uninstalled, rebooted about a dozen times, did the store reset about 6 times. Then a few days ago I changed the time, even though the time was correct, then changed the time back to the
correct time and I was able to purchase my premium subscription. While I was trying to get the premium subscription on my new laptop it expired so I had to purchase a new subscription. Lucky? maybe, but for a few days now I have had no problems. Good Luck....

 

and I somehow clicked to stop receiving emails and I don't know how to undo it.....sigh so if you reply to this I probably won't get it. sheesh...I need coffee! LOL

I changed the time on one computer and it lets me try and subscribe now.It's my work computer though.

I'll try the one at home when I get there.

Still doesn't tell me why my previous subscription is gone though.

You are welcome, frustrating.....very frustrating. I think the last MS update last Tuesday helped a little too. For some reason I was also having trouble accessing the store with my other games but not solitaire, the time change fixed that too....strange.
My computers are all named Hal! LOL

I'm sorry it didn't work for you, I guess I just got lucky, I was uninstalling and then rebooting and reinstalling my games so many times that the games had to update....that might have helped also. frustrating.....and little to no help to boot. A year
ago a woman used to reply and give us updates on what MS was doing to correct the issues, but not now....
