Premium Deluxe Problem

Same problem, it shows that it's purchased in the content manager but there's no version and file size next to the premium deluxe content. The MSFS folder in my C: drive actually contains the 787 and other premium deluxe files, so it seems to be a problem
with Steam unlocking the content rather than actually downloading it.

I have the same issue - missing all deluxe planes but have premium ones. XBox store shows that I own Premium Deluxe edition.

However in-game marketplace lists 3 upgrades - Premium, Deluxe and Premium Deluxe. It shows that I own Premium upgrade, but not two other. And it is exactly what I have even if it is impossible combination - there is no Premium edition, only Premium Deluxe.

Microsoft support article of PC release times suggests to sign out and sign in with proper email etc. It obviously does not work on XBox where you sign in to XBox

I have the same problem as well. I started off with the XBox game pass version and then bought the full premium deluxe. The content for the premium deluxe shows that I own it and I can see it in the content manager, but it is not available in game.

I have re-installed the game 3 different times and also tried it on my other computer and the problem is still the same....I cannot access any of the content that's included in the premium deluxe version. I have tried all the tips and tricks I could find
and it doesn't change anything. I highly doubt that it's just an isolated bug on my end. Hopefully they fix it soon.

I didn't know that there was a Premium Deluxe add-on. I thought only the Premium Deluxe version of the game was being sold nowadays. If you purchased this add-on, it should work even with the Game Pass version of the game (if your subscription is still active).

But if you want to own the Premium Deluxe Edition of the game, you can request a refund for the add-on you purchased and then buy the Premium Deluxe Edition.
