    When i try to buy a dlc pack on black ops 2 on Xbox 1 it says that premium

    Content is not authorised foe the profile but my account has adult valors.Help please!

    Hi,

    My son is trying to play Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 on the Xbox One but when he tries to download the map to play online he gets a message saying that premium content is blocked for this profile. I have set everything to allow premium content and it still
    will not work. I have also tried using my own log in details as I am the parent on the account but I get the same message. The game is a pre-owned copy but I have no idea if that makes a difference. Can anyone give any suggestions?

    Hey there!

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. That's an error code we often see when the account in question is a child account. Is your account a child account? If so, the only way to obtain the content would be to have the parent account obtain the content on the
    console and share using the home console program.

    Able to access other users content?

    There are two licenses, one of the console the content was bought on and one for the gamertag that bought it.



    Your friend can use the content on his console because your profile is logged in as well and as such is authorising it for use.

    Doubtful as that is where the console license comes in.



    You see any profile on your console will be able to use the content, regardless of whether your profile is currently on the console or not.



    On his console though your profile will need to be signed in first to authorise it to be used. This is regardless of whether you copy the content to his console or download it from the marketplace to his console.

    Sorry online passes apply to all profiles as Long as it is the purchasing console and ye purchasing gamertag is there

    Goto ea.com and read their own FAQ

    However bf3 premium is account specific and not multiplayer

    It only let's you download premium content the premium would only apply to the purchasing account not any other

    O Other profiles can use the content as long as it is your purchasing console

    you checked family settings and privacy for the child account ?

    is this the xbox or xbox one S?

    I have personally found that the privacy settings are not transferring over from the xbox one S ( xbox one is fine but may be corrupt ) to the 360 server account settings I have managed to get a work around.

    please let me know which console it is
