Premium Content Blocked for my son's profile

I'm a parent of a child under 18. He recently received 400 Microsoft points that we loaded to his profile. We have an Xbox 360 and he is playing MineCraft. He wants to purchase a Skin Package and it says Premium Content blocked for this profile. I can't
figure out how I can grant him permission to purchase it. Hoping there is a way and someone can walk me through the steps.

when i try to buy a arcade came from the marketplace it says "premium content blocked for this profile"

Simply sign in then choose Xbox 360 Online Safety and make the necessary changes to the account.

I followed the instructions on this link: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/security/error-child-trying-to-access-settings . Although
I had set my son's Xbox One settings to allow access, he was running an Xbox 360 game that seemed to go back to the Xbox 360 settings on his account.

Setting the Xbox 360 privacy settings worked!

I tried it and nothing. Still says premium content is blocked for this profile

you checked family settings and privacy for the child account ?

is this the xbox or xbox one S?

I have personally found that the privacy settings are not transferring over from the xbox one S ( xbox one is fine but may be corrupt ) to the 360 server account settings I have managed to get a work around.

please let me know which console it is

I'm sorry to see any frustrations! It depends on what map he's trying to download. If you sign out of his account on the console, do you still see that error?

If so, can you post back with what content you guys are trying to download? I'll be able to get a better understanding of what may be happening once I have that. Then we can focus on our next steps. I look forward to working with you!
