    ok I figured out how to fix the premium content and privacy settings problem. First you'll have to sign in to your account on your phone or computer on xbox.com and then click on your profile icon and go down to Microsoft Account. Once you're there you'll
    want to bring down the account menu by clicking the arrow next to the word Account and go to "your info" , then go to "edit info" and fill in all the blanks such as your country or zipcode. Also make sure your age is over 18. Once your done go back and try
    to download your dlc. That should do the trick

    Purchased MW3 dlc cant download it

    I just purchased the elite premium, and when i go to store in the mw3 menu i Get 2 options: go to mw3 store and the download elite content when i press download elite it just sends me back to the menu, i also tried to download the maps from elite playlist
    and from private match and guess what same BS!!!!

    can not download new content

    i am a call of duty elite premium member and i cant download the new content....every time i click "download new content" it just takes me back the main menu. any suggestions???

    the person either did not have the dlc content downloaded on there xbox 360 console, or they did not download the free online packs. The other person did purchased the premium dlc.

    BF3 Armored Kill Download Issue

    DeathBRINGER511, it appears you are Purchasing each Content separately and not from Premium? If this is the case, AK will not be on your Server List. The Download is required (free) as it also contains an Update for other In-Game
    Items (Weapons and such) that still allow you to play with other Players who have this Content. Actually playing the Content is not simply from the DL. It needs to have been Purchased (either Premium or separately) and then one would have Access to that Content.

    The whole Dice/ EA thing is a little screwy but if you intended on purchasing all of the DLC Content for BF3 (imo) you should have just either purchased Premium or a BF3 Copy that had Premium already in it.

    Hey there, it sounds like you'll need to re-download everything from your
    download history     (linked), which will include passes like BF3 Premium and DLC. The content you've already purchased on your account will not require re-purchasing
    as its license is still tied to your Xbox Live account.

    Sorry online passes apply to all profiles as Long as it is the purchasing console and ye purchasing gamertag is there

    Goto ea.com and read their own FAQ

    However bf3 premium is account specific and not multiplayer

    It only let's you download premium content the premium would only apply to the purchasing account not any other

    O Other profiles can use the content as long as it is your purchasing console
