    You can't. Spotify Premium can only be paid via Debit/Credit card or one of their X month premium cards.

    I can understand your frustration, it's seems that a few people are having these issues with Microsoft Support and 'Premium Services'. Did Microsoft charge directly to a credit card or debit card for the new Xbox One?

    Hardened Edition comes with an Elite premium subscription and a Founders card. To activate your premium membership, type in the subscription code under Marketplace -> Redeem Code. Once that is complete, go to Call of Duty Elite on your computer. Link
    your Gamertag to your account, and it will come up as you being a premium member. If you are already a free member of Elite, you may have to unlink, then relink your Gamertag for it to show you as premium.

    With the Founders card, go to the website that is listed on the Founders booklet. You can redeem your Founders card code there. This will grant you Founders Status on Elite, awarding you a special emblem and title in-game for Modern Warfare 3 and the Winter
    Camo for all guns.
