Premium, but can't play Dragons teeth.

I have premium and it's out today for Premium players but when I go to join a server it says "buy DLC" and takes me to the store, but whenever I click on any of the store choices it doesn't do anything. How the hell can I play if the game won't let me?

Can't agree. I think many of the dragons teeth maps are very bad. Propaganda is the only Gem.

 

Do you dowloaded the DLC ?

No it appears in the store right under Premium, which I already have, and when I click on it the screen just like refreshes itself and does absolutely nothing. I go to server search and try to join a server with the new DLC and it takes me directly to the
store and then it doesn't let me install or anything when I click on either premium or dragons teeth.

 

Well the EA servers for BF4 are offline for me right now, so I'd imagine that this has to do with an error of the cost of the Dragon's teeth DLC which was set around $149.00. I clicked on purchase but it just took me to a page that said I already owned it
and 'do you want to install it now?' I didn't pay the 149 dollars. Some mistake, huh?

 

Yea it's frustrating. I wish EA would do their job.

 

I am having the same issue, Now when trying to purchase the expansion it says 'empty price' it also is saying the same for the shortcut bundles.

 

They probably saw the error via people tweeting them. I wonder how much damage this caused to people who accidentally bought the $149 map pack and how many refunds they will have to do. :O

I am equally frustrated. How can I play?

 

I have the same experience here... was told to reboot, but that hasn't taken care of it.

 

Restarting the game, by taking the disc out or pressing start Quit, will allow you to download the DLC using the in-game BF store.

Once downloaded, chances are it still won't work, so you need to Hard Reboot (hold power button on console for 8 seconds).

I found with every new DLC for Battlefield the 'Hard Reboot' stage is needed.

 

I have downloaded the DLC dragons teeth no problem but when it comes to joining a game it black screens me

 

I have the same problem: The Dragon's Teeth Icon appears on the store and when I click on it it just does nothing. Sometimes the "buy" window appears but its empty and the little trace stays there blinking forever
