Premium account active, but not doing what is should...

Hi, have tried to disable all adverts from games like Microsoft Solitaire by paying for a premium account for a year. Account show that premium is on, but still get the ads?? Whazzup? Support line is unable to solve, they just confirm as the account is premium
and still there is a problem - too complicated for them to solve it seems...

Any other basic stuff I could try?

You can not take ownership of someone elses account, doing so would be a violation of the XBL Terms of Service and could result in enforcement action being taken against the account.



What you should do is create your own account and start fresh. That way you won't have to worry about not being able to purchase premium content.

 

Battlefield 4 Premium Purchase

I bought the battlefield 4 premium,but my battlelog don't recognizes the premium at my account,what I should do with this problem?I'm not enjoying right of the game by having to activate things in Battlelog!
