Premature Thread Locking over Enforcement Discussion

I recently tried to post about the enforcement policies of Microsoft in regards to the Xbox live service and an XBF mod decided to provide a terrible answer disregarding everything I asked and then locked the thread. I've noticed this trend a lot while reading
over Enforcement related content on the threads. I'd like to see what others think and have a discussion about this. Here are some personal observations:

Many people are looking for more information as to why they got banned because the enforcement service fails to provide accurate and detailed information.

Retaliation reporting is real but Microsoft tends to ignore this, despite their own policy that is supposed to protect identity when reporting. This is not done. For example, when banned for a message sent to another user, that message is seen as "deleted
content". The only person who sees that message is the one you sent it to, therefore that player could be the only one who reported you and caused the ban for sending that message. Thus, identity is not truly protected.

Griefing - this in itself is huge and occurs all the time. Never have I seen a successful griefing ban occur.

Overemphasizing on Communication - people are muted or banned for messages, voice, etc, but there are no proper guidelines for this. What does Xbox categorize as hate speech? What is abusive language? What is mature language?

Games not following policy - Many games feature offensive and mature language. Are these not against Microsofts own policy? Why can I be banned for repeating a phrase used by a character in the games published in your own platform? Why are games rated 17+
but users are restricted to rated E in their own language/interactions?

Lack of Transparency is a serious issue and the enforcement page barely provides information useful to someone banned. There is also no support for those who suffer from 24 hr bans.

No form of communication is given to contact the enforcement team other than the "appeal process". This appeal process is not available to everyone and can only be done once yearly. Therefore someone who may be targeted by the player based and wrongfully
banned in a second occurrence cannot communicate this to the enforcement team. How is this fair? Microsofts own policies on enforcement claim that cases are reviewed and then bans are put in place, but it is also stated part of the process is automated. Therefore
you can be banned by a non human. Also it's completing to the disgretion of the employee's interpretation of the policies in whether they ban or not. That doesn't seem very consistent or fair?

Would love to know the thoughts of others who have suffered from what appears to be a hypocritical and failure of an enforcement department. This is a discussion post, so I expect mods to keep this open. Yet there is a trend of them locking any enforcement
related content, likely because they are afraid of the negative exposure knowing how broken their "justice" system is.
